Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms; one spacious bedroom with a double bed. A second bedroom with 2 single beds. And a third bedroom with a French bed (1.60m). Two additional mattresses available. All rooms have wardrobes or dressers. Bed linen is provided but not included in the price.

Living room:
An open living space with kitchen/dining area. The living room features a dining table and 6 chairs, a large sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, DAB radio, and a large balcony (morning sun). No Wi-Fi.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, a raclette oven, and a fondue set. Spices are provided. Kitchen towels are included in the price.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms; one has a toilet/sink and a level-access shower with granite shower tray, the other has a toilet/sink. Towels are provided but not included in the price.

The 4-room apartment (approx. 80 m²) is located in a multi-family house with a total of 10 apartments on the top floor of the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. The apartment spans two floors (kitchen/living area downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs).
The house is situated in a beautiful location with stunning panoramic views of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. The ground floor features a ski and shoe storage room and an indoor swimming pool with a sauna.

The house is very well-maintained. The entrance area includes a ski and shoe storage room. Guests have access to a house pool (only during the season). Next to the pool is a small sauna, which can be used for a fee.

It is a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest post bus stop (ski bus). Shopping options are available in neighboring towns. The apartment offers an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, or winter sports (Obersaxen ski area). Distance to the mountain railway valley station: 3 minutes by car, 200 m to the bus stop.

Parking space in the garage is included in the price. Pets allowed on request. Non-smoking property.
