This three-bedroom holiday flat (55 m²) is situated in a lovely two-family house; the top-floor flat is available to let. The house is located in Misanenga in a beautiful setting. It offers views of the lovely mountains of Obersaxen and the Surselva, just a few minutes’ walk from the Untermatt chairlift. You can ski right up to the front of the house. There is a large garage available where skis, sledge and other equipment can be stored. The garage is equipped with a ski boot dryer. The flat has a small balcony. Rufalipark is just five minutes away. In winter it features an ice rink; in summer, a swimming lake, a tennis court, a playground, a fire pit and a year-round indoor play centre.
