Cozy 4-room apartment in a central location. The large balcony offers a stunning view of the mountain panorama. Raclette and fondue set, board games. Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave. One bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each (total 6 beds). One bathroom with double sink, toilet, and spacious steam shower with selectable lighting. Two parking spaces. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Access to the apartment is via a staircase with few steps. Please supervise small children on the balcony (80cm high) and in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer in the basement for shared use (coin-operated). Currently, there is construction work below the house, which may lead to noise emissions.
