The apartment features a separate kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as a bathroom (shower) and 3 bedrooms.

Bedrooms: Spacious bedroom with double bed (180 cm), 1 bedroom with French bed (120 cm), and one room with two single beds that can also be joined together. All rooms have wardrobes. The beds are made upon arrival. 2 travel cots are also available.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a large shower, a double sink and a toilet. Towels can be rented separately. Living room: The living room features a Swedish stove (firewood is provided). A cozy seating area with a club table and a flatscreen TV.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, Dolcegusto coffee machine (pods not provided), a raclette oven and a fondue set. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price. Dining area with a large table and 8 chairs.

Interior: The apartment combines old and new elements, with parquet flooring and stone tiles. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The 4.5-room holiday home is located in a beautiful, quiet spot at the beginning of the village of Rueras. From the balcony, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains and the ski area. The basement contains a cellar and a garage for skis or bikes. There are also 2 outdoor parking spaces available. Pets are welcome.
