Comfortable and generous 3-room-apartment on the 2nd floor of our house, completely furnished, for 6 persons (with couch bed up to a maximum of 7 persons) with balcony to the east side with a lot of morning sun, one bedroom with double bed and a large bedroom with double bed and two additional single beds, living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee machine and kettle) as well as separate bathroom and toilet.

The price includes free WLAN and free use of the sauna and free parking in front of the house.

The following costs will be charged additionally on site:
- Final cleaning winter: CHF 150.00 flat rate / Summer: CHF 20.00 per night

Our cosy holiday apartments for self-catering are situated in the heart of the Samnaun valley, directly next to the valley run and only 5 minutes' walk from the valley station of the world's first double-decker cable car - your direct access to the surrounding mountain world and thus your ideal starting point for your summer and winter holidays.

Enjoy the majestic mountains, clear streams and flowering meadows in summer on one of the numerous hiking and biking tours. Or let yourself be enchanted in winter by a variety of winter sports activities in the largest ski arena in the eastern Alpine region. Switch off and enjoy your holiday to the full.

Shops, bars and restaurants can be reached comfortably on foot or with the free local bus. The public transport stops are each only about 150 metres from the house.
