Landhaus Axenfels

The Landhaus Axenfels is located in the holiday resort of Morschach (Schwyz, Switzerland), in a quiet setting directly above Lake Lucerne. It offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The house is situated along the “Swiss Path” and close to the well-known Swiss Holiday Park, within the popular hiking and ski region of Morschach-Stoos. Renovated in 2016 and tastefully furnished, the holiday home is designed for self-catering guests with higher expectations. It features several accommodation units and studios of different sizes (mostly with private WC/shower) as well as private kitchens. The units can be combined modularly in various configurations, optionally together with a large group room, allowing flexible use depending on the needs of each group. The house includes an elevator, an accessible WC/shower for guests with reduced mobility, and a spacious garden with a lawn, seating areas, and a scenic viewpoint overlooking the lake and mountains. This unique property is ideal for small to medium-sized groups of 2 to 36 guests, whether for relaxing holidays, active stays, educational programs, or team-building retreats. The house can be rented entirely or partially and is easily accessible by both public transport and car. Please note that it is not suitable for camp-style stays. Minimum stay: 5 nights in high season (including public holidays) and 2 nights in low season (January, March, April, November, December; excluding public holidays).
