In the WYSS holiday apartment, you will spend quiet and relaxing holidays with the comfort of home.

On arrival by car, you can conveniently park your vehicle in the garage box. The newly renovated attic apartment boasts a functional kitchen with modern appliances (V-Zug combi steamer, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment) and other rich amenities (Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, kettle, SodaStream, fondue and raclette sets, etc.).

The larger bedroom is furnished with a pine bed (160cm x 200cm), the smaller one with two single beds (120cm x 200cm, 90cm x 200cm).

The apartment features a wet room with washbasin (mirror cabinet/base unit), toilet and shower.

Guests have free access to Wi-Fi and WINGO TV (with 7-day replay and recording function) for 250 TV channels. You can also enjoy your favourite radio station on the DAB radio and/or your favourite music on the SONOS box (ERA 100).

The living room is equipped with a comfortable leather sofa, a recliner and an additional comfortable leather armchair. On cold winter evenings, the wood-burning stove (wood to be provided by guests) provides cosy warmth and comfort.

The attractive offer is rounded off by a south-west-facing balcony, which is furnished with a table and two chairs (summer only). Sun loungers are also available. The electric awning provides shade and protection from excessive heat.

This newly renovated, cosy and well-maintained holiday apartment is located in the Chasa Buorcha (6 residential units) on the top floor (3rd floor, no lift).

The Rachögna settlement, consisting of 3 residential buildings, is surrounded by a generous green space with children's play equipment, sunny, quiet and yet centrally located. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable car and the Scuol-Tarasp train station. Shopping facilities, post office, bank and restaurants are also conveniently within walking distance.

The apartment features a lovely south-west-facing balcony (midday and evening sun) with views of the greenery and mountain scenery (Piz Pisoc) and its own garage box.
