At the WYSS holiday apartment, you can enjoy peaceful and relaxing holidays with the comfort of home.

If you arrive by car, you can conveniently park your vehicle in the garage box. The newly renovated penthouse apartment features a functional kitchen with modern appliances (V-Zug Combi-Steamer, induction hob, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer compartment) and a rich range of other equipment. (NESPRESSO coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, kettle, SODA-Stream, fondue and raclette set, etc.).

The larger bedroom is equipped with an arve bed (160cmx200cm), and the smaller one with two single beds (120cmx200cm, 90cmx200cm).

The apartment has a wet room with a washbasin (mirror cabinet/under-cabinet), toilet, and shower.

Guests have free access to Wi-Fi and WINGO-TV (with replay and recording function for 7 days) for 250 TV channels. You can also enjoy your favorite channel on DAB radio and/or your favorite music on the SONOS box (ERA 100).

The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, a relax chair, and an additional comfortable leather chair. On cold winter evenings, the wood-burning stove (wood to be provided by yourself) provides cozy warmth and comfort.

The attractive offer is rounded off by a south-west balcony, which is equipped with a table and two chairs (only in summer). Additionally, sun loungers are available. The electrically operated sun blind provides shade and protects against excessive heat.

This newly renovated, cozy and well-maintained holiday apartment is located in the Chasa Buorcha (6 residential units) on the top floor (3rd floor, no elevator).

The Rachögna settlement, consisting of 3 residential buildings, is surrounded by a generous green area with children's play equipment, sunny, quiet and yet centrally located. In a few minutes walking distance you reach the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railway as well as the Scuol-Tarasp train station. Shopping facilities, post office, bank and restaurants are also conveniently reachable on foot in a few minutes.

The apartment has a beautiful south-west balcony (midday and evening sun) with a view of the greenery and the mountain world (Piz Pisoc) as well as its own garage box.
