Bedrooms:
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a large double bed and wardrobe. A further bedroom with two single beds. Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
The living and dining room has a seating area and a dining table with chairs. A small tiled stove provides a cozy atmosphere (wood provided). There is a separate TV room with Swisscom connection.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), as well as a raclette oven and fondue set. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. Bath towels are not provided.

Other:
Drying room for ski equipment.

The house is located on the outskirts of the village in a very quiet spot and is surrounded by meadows with a beautiful view of the mountain world of Obersaxen. The 5-room apartment is on the upper floor with a separate entrance, accessible via an outdoor staircase. The balcony and the outdoor seating area offer a place to relax and grill. Shopping facilities in the village and farm shop nearby.

The house has a parking space and a ski room. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
