Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms, master bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200cm, second bedroom with a double bed 140 x 200cm, third bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200cm. You can either bring your own bed linen or order it when booking. Open racks are available in all bedrooms. A cot is available folded up in the hobby room.

Living room:
Large living room with many windows, a soapstone stove with seating (firewood provided and included in the price), sofa, two armchairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. Entertainment is provided by a Mega-Boom (Bluetooth) and a large TV with cable connection or 7-day replay. Numerous games and toys, including a child's chair (in the hobby room), are available. Wi-Fi is available.

Kitchen:
The open-plan kitchen is modern and well-equipped (induction hob, convection oven) and offers direct access to the wooden terrace. In addition to the usual hand tools, the following are available: blender, immersion blender, toaster, hand grater, fondue set, raclette oven, wok, pressure cooker, kitchen scale, baking tins, kettle, coffee machine. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet offers plenty of storage space and a hairdryer. Use of the washing machine in the bathroom is included in the price. Please bring your own towels.

Additional rooms:
In addition to the garden and wooden terrace facing west, the holiday apartment offers a small balcony facing south and a separate hobby room with table football.

The Gravas 77a holiday apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the chairlift, ski slopes, toboggan run, children's ski lift, snowboard and ski school, sports shop, post bus station, post office, ATM and a shop directly opposite. After a day on the slopes, you can ski right up to the house.

Large wooden terrace with afternoon and evening sun, large child-friendly garden for shared use in summer, sun all day, fenced garden, 2 streams to the left and right of the garden.

Parking is usually available and included in the price upon agreement with the owner. Pets allowed on request. Non-smoking property.
