Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms, master bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200cm, second bedroom with a double bed 140 x 200cm, third bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200cm. Bed linen can either be brought along or ordered when booking. Open shelving is available in all bedrooms. A cot is available, folded up in the hobby room.
Living room:
Large living room with many windows, a soapstone stove with oven bench (firewood provided and included in the price), sofa, two armchairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. Entertainment is provided by a Mega-Boom (Bluetooth) and a large TV with cable connection or 7-day replay. Many games and toys are available, as well as a children's chair (in the hobby room). WLAN available.
Kitchen:
The living kitchen is modern and well-equipped (induction cooker, convection oven) and has direct access to the wooden terrace. In addition to the usual utensils, there are: mixer, hand mixer, toaster, hand grating machine, fondue set, raclette oven, wok, pressure cooker, kitchen scales, baking tins, kettle, coffee machine. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.
Bathroom:
The bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC offers plenty of storage space and a hair dryer. Use of the washing machine in the bathroom is included in the price. Please bring your own towels.
Other rooms:
In addition to the garden and wooden terrace facing west, the apartment has a small balcony facing south and a separate hobby room with table football.
The Gravas 77a holiday apartment is only 5 minutes' walk from the chairlift, ski slopes, cable car, children's ski lift, snowboard and ski school, sports shop, post bus station, post office, Bancomat and a shop opposite. After a day on the slopes, you can ski right up to the house.
Large wooden terrace with afternoon and evening sun, in summer a large, child-friendly garden to share, sunshine all day, garden fence all around, 2 streams on either side of the garden.
Parking space usually available and by arrangement with the landlord, included in the price. Pets allowed on request only. Non-smoking accommodation.
