Oberwald is very well accessible by public transport (the bus stop "Schulhaus" is 1 minute on foot from the apartment, the Oberwald train station is 8 minutes on foot from the apartment) and by private vehicle throughout the year. A parking space is located directly behind the house. The newly renovated apartment is situated on the ground floor of a multi-family house. Quiet location with views of the Tällihorn (from the bedroom) and the Pizzo Gallina (from the balcony). Shopping is possible at Volg (also a post office) during the main season 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM. Two sports shops, the tourist information center, and the pizzeria "al Ponte" are within walking distance. In winter, there is a small children's ski lift next to the chapel, and the cross-country skiing track starts 100 meters from the front door. In Münster and Geschinen (10 minutes by car), there is also a small ski area with 2 button lifts.
