1 spacious bedroom with large double bed. Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
Open living area with kitchen and dining area. The living room features various shelves and a sofa. The large windows ensure plenty of light and a pleasant atmosphere. The open dining area with a walnut table seats 4 people.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker/oven, crockery, dish towels, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, and Nespresso coffee machine.

Bathroom:
The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower/toilet/washbasin. Towels and hairdryer are included in the rental price. On the lower floor, there is also a separate small toilet with washbasin.

Interior:
The rooms are furnished in a contemporary and homely style. The furniture is like new and is regularly inspected by the landlord. Tenants are kindly asked to treat the furniture with care.

Entertainment:
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and is free of charge. There is no TV, but programmes can be received via laptop. Various hiking maps and regional information brochures are available free of charge.

Extras:
The holiday home features a beautiful, well-maintained garden. At its centre stands a modern glass pavilion with a fireplace and cosy lounge furniture for relaxing. The entire garden area, including the pavilion and water feature, is beautifully illuminated at night. In good weather, the garden table invites you to enjoy pleasant get-togethers. A carport, washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available.

Nestled in a wonderful landscape close to the impressive Rhine Gorge, this quiet, small, fine house is surrounded by a dreamlike garden that invites you to linger. A tasteful pavilion with a view of the mountains and a well-kept pond will enchant you. The house was built in 1994 and is in very good condition. There are countless hiking opportunities nearby, but it is also the ideal place for skiers, cyclists, canoeists, or those simply looking to relax on holiday. Throughout the year, the various nearby holiday resorts (Obersaxen, Brigels, Val Lumnezia, Flims, Laax) offer numerous tourist activities.
