Loft with 2 mattresses. No bed linen or towels provided. Tenants must bring their own bed linen.

A cosy living room with a sofa, armchair, wood-burning stove and access to the balcony.

Kitchen:
Open-plan kitchen with 2 fold-away hobs, fridge with integrated freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, portable oven, fondue pot and burner.

Bathroom:
Small bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Hairdryer and mirror cabinet provided. Tenants must bring their own towels.

Other:
Washing machine and tumble dryer in the communal basement.

This two-bedroom flat with a mezzanine is situated in a chalet comprising a total of 11 holiday flats. The chalet is located on the outskirts of the village in a beautiful and very peaceful setting. The PostBus and ski bus stops, restaurants and a grocery shop (Volg) are all in the immediate vicinity.

From the balcony, there is an unobstructed view of the mountain panorama of the Brigels ski areas (on the other side of the valley). The balcony is bathed in the evening sun. Due to the ladder leading up to the mezzanine, this flat is not suitable for small children up to around 5 years of age.

In the basement there is a storage room where skis, ski boots and sledge can be stored. There is also a communal room on the second basement level for sporting activities: table tennis, table football, badminton and wall bars.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house. Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation.
