Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms: A spacious bedroom with a large double bed and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of the valley. The second bedroom has two single beds and optionally a cot. Both bedrooms feature a wardrobe or dresser. Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
The generously sized living room, combined with the open kitchen and dining table, is the heart of the apartment. The living room includes a TV, Wi-Fi, and a 7-day replay TV service, all included in the price. Various games, children's books, and a high chair are available for children.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob with oven, a large fridge with integrated freezer, and a dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided), a raclette oven, and a fondue set are also available. Kitchen linen, coffee capsules, dishwasher tabs, and spices are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet/washbasin. A hairdryer and towels are provided and included in the price.

The multi-family house, built in 2013, is located on the south side at the entrance to the village. The modern apartment is on the 1st upper floor. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. The village center with a grocery store/post office, restaurants, bank, and bus stop, as well as the mountain railway station Obersaxen Mundaun Lumnezia, are all within a few minutes' walk.

A garage parking space is available. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
