The holiday apartment OST

Practical but very comfortably furnished 5-room apartment approx. 100 sqm max. occupancy 10 persons. The apartment has a living room, a separate kitchen with dining area, four bedrooms and one bathroom.

Four bedrooms on the upper floor: A spacious room (carpet) with a double bed and an open passage to a separate room (wooden floor) with a single bed. A cozy room with a single bed. (carpet) A small room with a French bed. (wooden floor) A cozy room in the attic with four beds, accessible via a staircase with a sliding hatch (max. room height 165 cm). (carpet) Bed linen is available, but charged separately. The beds must be made up by yourself. 6 beds 90x200, 1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 180x200

Bathroom/Toilet on the ground floor: The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a travel hairdryer. Towels are not provided. Underfloor heating. Tile floor. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Living room on the ground floor: The living room features a large soapstone stove, which also heats the upper floor. You can spend cozy reading hours on it. The wood is provided, but must be fetched from the barn next to the house. Next to a dining area you will find a cozy corner sofa, no TV, but a nostalgic radio, WiFi. (carpet)

Kitchen on the ground floor: The kitchen is modern and equipped with all common household appliances such as dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, capsule coffee machine (Delizio), fondue and raclette set. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price. There is a large dining table with a bench and three chairs. The kitchen is heated by its own stove. Vinyl floor.

Storage room next to the house entrance: Grill accessories, garden chair cushions and parasol are located in the storage room next to the front door. The key hangs above the front door.

Barn opposite the garden: The firewood is located in the lower part, the key hangs above the front door inside.

The Casa Carli

The small village of Mompé Medel lies wonderfully on a terrace overlooking the Bündner Oberland, 5 km from Disentis. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are exactly right in the Casa Carli.

The house exudes a cozy atmosphere through its low ceiling height and the cozy furnishings. It has two separate apartments, in the eastern half of the house there is an apartment for up to 10 persons. The house is heated with wood. The bathroom has the comfort of underfloor heating. The apartment has a 300l hot water boiler. The kitchen is modernly equipped.

The house has a private parking space (use in winter is weather-dependent). Pets are generally allowed, please do not let the animals on the beds. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.

The apartment in the eastern half of the house has a garden with its own grill.

In the village there is a small farm shop with regional, seasonally dependent products.
