The OST holiday apartment

Practical yet very cozy 5-room apartment, approx. 100 sqm, max. occupancy 10 people. The apartment features a living room, a separate kitchen with dining area, four bedrooms and a bathroom.

Four bedrooms on the upper floor: A spacious room (carpeted) with a double bed and an open passage to a separate area (wooden floor) with a single bed. A cozy room with a single bed (carpeted). A small room with a French bed (wooden floor). A snug attic room with four beds, accessible via a staircase with a sliding hatch (max. ceiling height 165 cm) (carpeted). Bed linen is provided but charged separately. Beds must be made up by guests. 6 beds 90x200, 1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 180x200

Bathroom/Toilet on the ground floor: The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a travel hairdryer. Towels are not provided. Underfloor heating. Tiled floor. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Living room on the ground floor: The living room features a large soapstone stove, which also heats the upper floor. You can enjoy cozy reading hours by its warmth. Firewood is provided and can be collected in the stable next to the house. Besides a dining area, you will find a comfortable seating corner, no TV, but a nostalgic radio set and Wi-Fi (carpeted).

Kitchen on the ground floor: The kitchen is modern and equipped with all common household appliances such as a dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob, kettle, capsule coffee machine (Delizio), fondue set and raclette set. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price. There is a large dining table with a bench and three chairs. The kitchen is heated by its own stove. Vinyl flooring.

Storage room next to the house entrance: Barbecue accessories, garden chair cushions and a sunshade are located in the storage room next to the front door. The key hangs above the entrance door.

Stable opposite the garden: Firewood is stored in the lower part; the key hangs above the inner entrance door.

The Casa Carli

The small village of Mompé Medel is beautifully situated on a terrace with a view of the Bündner Oberland, 5 km from Disentis. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Casa Carli is the perfect place for you.

The house exudes a homely atmosphere thanks to its low ceilings and cozy furnishings. It has two separate apartments; the eastern half of the house features an apartment for up to 10 people. The house is heated with wood. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The apartment has a 300-liter hot water boiler. The kitchen is modernly equipped.

A private parking space is included (winter use is weather-dependent). Pets are generally allowed, but please do not let them on the beds. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.

The garden belonging to the eastern half of the house features its own barbecue area.

In the village, there is a small farm shop offering regional, seasonal products.
