Comfortable and generous 5-room apartment, completely furnished, for 6 persons (with sofa bed up to a maximum of 7 persons) with balcony to the north and balcony with seating to the west, three separate bedrooms with double bed, fully equipped and modernly furnished kitchen (oven, steam cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee machine and kettle), large dining and living room, separate bathroom and two separate WCs.

Included in the price are free WLAN and free use of the sauna and free parking in front of the house.

The following costs will be charged additionally on site:
- Final cleaning winter: CHF 210.00 flat rate / Summer: CHF 25.00 per night
- Visitor's tax (from 17 years of age): CHF 4.00 per person and night

Our cosy holiday apartments for self-catering are situated in the heart of the Samnaun valley, directly next to the valley run and only 5 minutes' walk from the valley station of the world's first double-decker cable car - your direct access to the surrounding mountain world and thus your ideal starting point for your summer and winter holidays.

Enjoy the majestic mountains, clear streams and flowering meadows in summer on one of the numerous hiking and biking tours. Or let yourself be enchanted in winter by a variety of winter sports activities in the largest ski arena in the eastern Alpine region. Switch off and enjoy your holiday to the full.

Shops, bars and restaurants can be reached comfortably on foot or with the free local bus. The public transport stops are each only about 150 metres from the house.
