Sleeping area:
The 1.5-room flat, measuring 34 m² and suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children, features a fold-down bed unit with two 90 x 200 cm beds, which can be easily folded down, and a pull-out sofa with a 160 x 200 cm mattress. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
The living room was fully renovated in 2026. It has a dining table and 4 chairs, a sofa suite, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and an east-facing balcony. Wi-Fi is free of charge.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided). Tea towels are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a bath and a toilet/washbasin. Towels are provided.

The 1½-room holiday flat (34 m²) is situated in the Apparthotel Panorama: a large car park is available right next to the building. It has four charging points for electric vehicles. In winter, the building is practically right next to the ski slope. The Apparthotel Panorama has a restaurant (Vanis). To unwind or after a day of sport, you can relax in the on-site indoor swimming pool or in the sauna (for a fee).
In the leisure room, you can pass the time with like-minded people whilst watching an exciting film. Board games, a pinball machine and a table football table are also available.
In summer, a table tennis table is available in the ski room; 650 metres away is the Rufalipark with a playground, a swimming lake, a tennis court (which becomes an ice rink in winter) and the Misanenga valley station.
The PostBus stop, Raiffeisen Bank in Ilanz, Volg, Café Cappuccino and a restaurant are all in the immediate vicinity. Walking trails can be accessed directly from the house.

Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
