In the 1.5-room apartment, 34 m² for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, there is a bed cabinet with two 90x200cm beds, which can be simply folded down, and a pull-out sofa with a mattress 160x200cm. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
The living room was fully renovated in 2026. It has a dining table and 4 chairs, a lounge group, flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and a balcony facing east. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided). Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet/washbasin. Towels are provided.

The 1.5-room holiday apartment (34 m²) is located in the Apparthotel Panorama: a large parking lot is directly available at the house. There are 4 charging stations for electric vehicles. In winter, the house is practically on the ski slope. The Apparthotel Panorama features a restaurant (Vanis). To relax or after a day of sports, you can enjoy the in-house indoor pool or sauna (chargeable).
In the leisure room, you can spend time with friends watching an exciting film. Board games, pinball machines and a Toggenburg card game table are also available.
In summer, a table tennis table is available in the ski room. The Rufalipark with playground, lake for swimming, tennis court (an ice rink in winter) and the Misanenga valley station are located 650m away.
Nearby you will find the post bus station, Raiffeisenbank in Ilanz, Volg, Café Cappuccino and a restaurant. Hiking trails can be reached directly from the house.
