Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (double beds), nightstand, wardrobe, clothes rack and desk with chair, overlooking Alpine panorama. 1 gallery room with two beds downstairs (single or together, as needed) and two beds upstairs on a gallery, secured with child gates. Bedding provided and not included in the price.

Living room:
Harmoniously furnished with cozy leather seating group and two armchairs; a cozy tiled stove provides comfortable warmth. Entertainment includes a selection of books (children, youth, adults) and games. TV for Blu-ray/DVD player (no TV reception). Wi-Fi available.

Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen features a Martello capsule coffee machine, kettle, raclette set, fondue set, toaster, microwave, dining area with 10 seats, play corner with children's kitchen. Kitchen linen provided and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms, one with bathtub/toilet and window and one with shower/toilet and window. Towels provided and included in the price.

Other rooms:
Balcony with table and chairs, free view of the beautiful Alpine panorama.

The Casa Lumina is a cozy 4 1/2 room holiday home, located in the family-friendly Val Lumnezia, offering space for 8 people. Quiet location, large balcony with a beautiful view over the valley with Alpine panorama.

Shopping in the village. 250 meters from the house to the ski bus (free). In 5 minutes you can reach Vella with the Val Lumnezia / Obersaxen ski area.

In the region, you will find the world-famous Zumthor Therme, Vals: an opportunity for a relaxing bath or a wellness day. Special experience: Hiking in the Val Lumnezia through intact nature and the distinctive cultural landscape.

Covered outdoor parking space available and included in the price. From the parking space, a staircase with approx. 90 steps leads to the house.
