Bedrooms:
Three spacious bedrooms with boxspring double beds. Two bedrooms with double beds. All bedrooms feature wardrobes and/or dressers. Bed and bath linen is provided but not included in the price.

Living room:
The living room features a tiled stove, a dining table with six chairs, a two-piece upholstered seating group, a club table, and a sideboard. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven. Two refrigerators, one of which is located in the pantry. A Delizio coffee machine (bring your own capsules), raclette oven, and fondue sets for cheese and meat. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
One bathroom with a bathtub/toilet and sink, washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. One bathroom with a shower/toilet and sink. Bath linen is provided but not included in the price.

The spacious holiday home (150m2) is a charming 6-room farmhouse. It is located at the lower edge of the village of Surcuolm, close to the Valata valley station.

From the terrace and living room, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. If needed, there is space to store bicycles and other equipment in the adjacent "Schöpfli".

Distance to Valata valley station: 25 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car. In winter, the valley station can also be reached directly by ski or snowboard.

Up to four parking spaces are available near the house. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking property. Not wheelchair accessible.
