Bedrooms:
Three spacious bedrooms with double box-spring beds. Two bedrooms with double beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and/or chests of drawers. Bed linen and towels are available but not included in the price.

Living room:
The living room features a tiled stove, a dining table with six chairs, a two-piece fabric sofa set, a coffee table and a sideboard. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob with an oven. There are two fridges, one of which is in the larder. A Delizio coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), a raclette oven and fondue pots for cheese and meat. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
One bathroom with a bath, toilet and washbasin, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. One bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Towels are provided but not included in the price.

This spacious holiday home (150 m²) is a lovely 6-room farmhouse. It is situated on the lower edge of the village of Surcuolm, near the Valata valley station.

From the patio and living room, there are lovely views of the surrounding mountain landscape. If required, bicycles and other items can be stored in the adjoining ‘Schöpfli’.

Distance to the Valata valley station: 25 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car. In winter, the valley station can also be reached directly on skis or a snowboard.

Up to four parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the house. Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
