There is a spacious living room with a dining area, Apple TV with Netflix (personal account required), an open, fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace. From the living room, you can access the sunny south-facing balcony. A ski room is available for communal use, and a garage space can be rented for an additional fee.

In winter (from the first Monday in December until the first Sunday in April), Residenza Belvair offers a shared wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, showers, and fitness equipment.
