The 2 or 3-room apartment is renovated, and the rather low ceilings with wooden beams give the rooms a particularly cozy feel. On the ground floor is the kitchen/living room, as well as the WC and shower. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. The attic offers storage space for bicycles, skis, etc. Next to the house is a sunny seating area with a view of the Tödi.

Schwanden is a central location in the Glarus region, situated at 550m above sea level, with countless summer and winter sports opportunities. The possibilities here are almost limitless. To name just a few: hiking, cycling/mountain biking, swimming, paragliding, diving, golf, climbing, as well as all winter sports such as skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding—all without the usual tourist crowds. The well-known summer and winter sports resorts of Elm and Braunwald are just about 14km from Schwanden.

The house is located right in the old village center of Schwanden. Shopping facilities and public transport are nearby. Parking is available in front of the house.
