The second floor has three double bedrooms, each bedroom with two single beds, with a comfortable sitting area, a dining table that seats 6 to 8 people, a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with stunning views.

In the attic is a large dormitory-style shared room with four single beds, a kitchenette and another bathroom. The parking lot is located in front of the house.
