Bedrooms:
Two double bedrooms: One large bedroom with a double bed and two separate mattresses. One bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms feature a wardrobe. The duvets are Nordic style. Bed linen is provided but not included in the price.

Living room:
From the separate cloakroom, you enter the open and bright living/dining area. The living room includes a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a modern TV with many national and international channels. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and is free of charge. From the living room, you can directly access the garden seating area, where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day.

Kitchen:
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, four glass-ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (Delizio capsule system), raclette oven, and fondue set. A waste bag is included in the price.
Kitchen towels must be brought along by guests.

Bathroom:
The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A bath mat is provided and included in the price. Guests must bring their own towels.

The bright 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family chalet in Miraniga.

The apartment is situated directly on the Meierhof-Kartitscha ski slope. This slope is equipped with snow cannons and is accessible even in low-snow conditions. From the entrance, you can directly access the ski room, which is at ground level. A parking space is available in front of the house. Various restaurants, the Rufalipark with playground and lake (in summer) and natural ice rink (in winter), are within a 3-15 minute walking distance.
