4 1/2 room flat at the first floor: our big, comfortable and very sunny and new flat is equipped with: a kitchen with baking oven, a coffee machine, a racelette oven, fondue dishes and a dishwasher. The most important spicery are also included. Shower, toilette, radio, SAT television, 2 double rooms, 1 small room for the kids with bunk bed, a big south balcon, a sun terrasse, a playing ground for the children and a seperate front door. The parking possibilities are directly in front of the house. At the request of fresh bread in the morning, we could offer you some at our bakery. You are hungry and thirsty or you don`t want to cook? - visit us in our small restaurant. You`ll get 10% reduction of your consumation. The holiday waste want to get depollute from the renter. The bus stop is 5 minutes away from our house. You travel by bus or train? - tell us. We want to pick you up at the bus or train station. The valley station, the skilift, the volg store and the bakery are circa 8-10 minutes away. The children land and the cross-country ski run are 2 minutes away. We have a very beautiful sun terrasse with a wonderful view at the engadiener mountains at the restaurant. The house is on a very calm and sunny position.
