Bedrooms:
Three bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds and a bunk bed. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
Cosy living room with a sofa and TV. A tiled stove provides cosy warmth.

Fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen linen provided and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and one with a shower

Other:
A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Annahüs is a 5-bedroom chalet in the Walser style, situated in the Misanenga district of Obersaxen in the canton of Graubünden. The chalet, which accommodates up to 6 people, is heated by electric underfloor heating on the ground floor and by electric radiators on the upper floor.

In winter, the Misanenga-Untermatt ski lift is a 5-minute walk away, and you can ski right down to the Annahüs. In summer and autumn, you can set off directly from the Annahüs on walks or cycle tours, or take the hiking bus from the bend in the road to Miraniga, which will take you to the Wali mountain restaurant.

The shops (Volg/bank/bakery) and restaurants in the Affeier part of the village are a 5–10-minute walk away.

The Annahüs has two parking spaces in the underground car park and one outdoor visitor parking space. Non-smoking flat.
