The 50 sqm large 2-room apartment is situated in a quiet location on the 1st floor of a house with seven apartments. From a large balcony (10 sqm all around, from east via south to west) there is a wide, unobstructed view of Bergün, the Graubünden mountains with the majestic Piz Ela directly opposite. A garden area at the house is available for general use. The footpath to the town center with bakery, supermarket and farm shop is a 5-minute walk. It is a 10-minute walk to the train station. The outdoor pool with sunbathing area is just 50 meters from the apartment. A 200-meter walk will take you to the Kurhaus Bergün with its wellness/spa area.

The lovingly furnished apartment has laminate flooring and consists of a bright living/dining room (with double sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed plus a bunk bed, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub (shower) and WC.

The small modern fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric hob with induction cooktop, a fridge with a three-star freezer compartment and most of what you need for cooking. WLAN and a compact hi-fi system with radio and CD player are available. (Please bring an aux cable to connect your smartphone.)

Storage facilities for winter sports equipment are located in the spacious ski cellar.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Bringing pets is only allowed in exceptional cases. If you wish to bring a pet, please contact us in advance to arrange this.
