Bedroom:
The bedroom features a second double bed (180x200cm) and a bunk bed for children. The bedroom is located in the basement. A large double bed in the living room also serves as a sofa. Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
Spacious living area with a sofa (double bed). Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available. Dining area and open-plan kitchen are in the same room.

Kitchen:
A fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, raclette oven and fondue set. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Separate bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. Bathroom linen is provided and included in the price.

Hallway:
Wardrobes in the entrance area.

Furnishings:
The flooring and furniture give the studio its name. Doors, walls and ceilings are made of Swiss pine wood.

Other rooms:
A large, cozy bistro with a fireplace where guests can meet. Wellness area with sauna and whirlpool. Large playroom, ski rooms and heated cloakrooms in the basement.

The Regan house is located in a beautiful spot on the edge of the village. Ten modern apartments have been lovingly renovated with plenty of wood. The bistro “Obschtgarta” invites you to cozy moments by the fire.

The beautiful wellness area with barrel sauna and whirlpool can be booked privately for a fee.

The basement features a ski room with boot dryer and cloakrooms. For the little guests, there is a large playroom, for the older ones a foosball table and a table tennis table. For celebrations or family groups, the former group house kitchen and the large cozy “Stuba” can be rented.

Distance to the valley station: 15 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car. The cross-country skiing trail, winter hiking paths and, in summer, hiking and biking trails pass directly by the house. The Rufalipark in Misanenga, with its sports and leisure facilities, is just a 10-minute drive away by car.

Parking is available directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
