2.5-room holiday flat (70 m²), sleeps up to 4 people. Bedroom with a 1.60 m x 2.00 m double bed; two fold-away beds (each 0.90 m x 1.90 m) in the living area. TV, stereo system. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, oven and other kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee machine, fondue set, microwave, etc.). Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying room. Terrace with unobstructed views of the Rhine Valley, including a sunbathing area, garden furniture, parasol, etc. One underground parking space is available and included.

Notes: Electricity and water are included. Tea towels can be obtained from the caretaker, Mrs Bürgler, for CHF 5.- if required. Towels are also available from the caretaker’s wife on request for CHF 5 per person, as well as bed linen for CHF 12 per person.

A quiet location on the outskirts of Surcuolm, next to local residents’ homes. The ski slopes and walking trails are accessible directly from the house. You can put your skis on right next to the house and ski down the slope to the ski lift (approx. 2 minutes). If you wish to use the ski bus, you should allow for a walk of approx. 10–15 minutes. Shopping facilities are available in Affeier (approx. 2.0 km), Meierhof (approx. 3.5 km) or Ilanz (6 km).

Pets are allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
