Terrace with unobstructed view of the Rhine Valley, including lawn, garden furniture, sun umbrella, etc. 1 underground parking space is available and included. Remarks: Electricity/water are included. Dish towels can be obtained, if desired, for CHF 5.- from the caretaker, Mrs. Bürgler. Towels for CHF 5.- per person and bed linen for CHF 12.- per person are also available from the caretaker upon request.

Quiet location on the outskirts of Surcuolm, next to houses of the locals. The ski slopes and hiking trails can be reached directly from the house. You have the opportunity to put on your skis right next to the house and ski down to the ski lift (approx. 2 minutes). If you would like to use the ski bus, you should allow for approx. 10-15 minutes on foot. Shopping options in Affeier (approx. 2.0 km) in Meierhof (approx. 3.5 km) or in Ilanz (6 km).
