2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed with a chest of drawers or wardrobe. 1 bedroom with two single beds, a cot and a washbasin.

Living room:
An open living room with a dining area. In the living room there is a soapstone stove, a dining table with plenty of seating, a large couch, a flatscreen TV with the most common channels.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a kettle, toaster, oven, coffee machine and fondue set. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room with a large fridge with freezer compartment and a cupboard for dishes.

Bathrooms:
One bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet/washbasin and is located on the upper floor. The other bathroom has a shower, a toilet/washbasin and a washing machine which may be used by the tenant.

Other rooms:
Next to the living/dining room is the music and reading room. A large selection of books invites you to read and linger. A piano is also available for free use. The landlady naturally relies on the instruments and the private library being treated with the necessary care.

Interior:
The apartment is furnished in a contemporary urban-chic style. The furniture is partly new and partly restored. Please treat the furniture with care and inform the landlady of any damage.

The freshly renovated 7-room holiday home is located in the picturesque village of Sevgein. In summer, the nearby Rhine Gorge is ideal for hiking or the countless bike routes for cycling. The house offers an incomparable view of the valley and is situated in a quiet side street. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach Ilanz, where you will find various shopping opportunities and an outdoor pool. Entry to the outdoor pool is free for all tenants with the Surselva Guest Card. The property includes a very large garden with a barbecue and various seating options. The many fruit trees and the green meadow invite you to linger.
