The charming Engadine house dating back to 1699 welcomes you with its historic façade on a steep little lane at the upper edge of the village. The house has 2 apartments. The holiday apartment described here comprises 2 floors with 110 m² of living space. The ground floor with entrance, kitchen, dining area and pinewood stove is dominated by flowing round arches. A staircase leads to the three bedrooms and the toilet/bathroom on the 1st floor.

On the 2nd floor of the house is a small attic apartment, which is permanently rented out and not included in the offer. Access for tenants of the attic apartment is via the side entrance on the 1st floor, through the shared corridor at the stairway. We kindly ask for mutual consideration.

It is only a few steps to the post bus stop and to the most important shopping facilities at the village square. In front of the house there is a parking space for loading and unloading your vehicle. Additionally, you can park your car in the paid parking garage at the entrance to the village (300m walk / parking cards are available on request for a surcharge upon arrival). A special feature is Sent's connection to the Scuol/Motta Naluns ski area via the so-called "Dream Trail". After a fulfilling day on the slopes, this trail brings you almost to your front door (150m walk). Please inquire about the availability of the "Dream Trail" as it may be closed in case of insufficient snow conditions. During the ski season, the bus connection from Sent to the valley station is free for holders of a ski pass.
The post bus to Scuol runs hourly during the day, and in the evenings a local taxi service takes over the connection at reduced rates. Further information on request.

Description:
Pinewood parlour with wood-burning storage heater (heatable from the kitchen), central heating (wood/electricity combination). In winter, it may be necessary to heat the stoves in addition to the central heating. There is no television, but the balcony offers a magnificent view over the village and the Lower Engadine mountain world.
Simple but well-equipped kitchen with a regional cooking experience thanks to its Tiba stove, plus a modern Electrolux cooktop with ceramic hob and oven (Nespresso machine, milk frother and kettle are provided; there is no dishwasher).
2 large double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 complete bathroom (1 with toilet, washbasin and shower/bath, hairdryer, towels and bed linen), Wi-Fi throughout the house, storage space for skis and bicycles in the cellar.
