With 120 square metres of floor space, the holiday flat offers plenty of room for up to 10 guests. A spacious open-plan kitchen-diner with two sinks and two hobs, as well as a TV in the living area, complete the layout. A cot and a high chair are also available. The bathroom, measuring around 20 square metres and featuring two washbasins, also offers enough space for a large family or even two families.

Notes: Guests may bring their own bed linen and towels or hire them for an additional charge of CHF 15 per set. The holiday flats are situated on the ground floor of a block of flats. There is an underground parking space available in the neighbouring building. You can ski straight down to Valata from the house, and you can also return to the house on skis via the ski run coming from Cuolm Sura. In the basement of the building there is a storage room where skis can be stored. Three sledge are available. There is a storage area for ski boots in the laundry room right next to the flat. The house is characterised by its quiet location on the outskirts of Surcuolm, towards Platenga.
