The chalet's location : Sunny and enjoying beautiful views of the snow-capped peaks, it is located in a hamlet in the valley, 1.5 km from the village of Le Châble-Villette, where you’ll find the cable car to Verbier and the 4 Vallées ski area, as well as to Bruson, a smaller, lesser-known but more family-friendly resort that is absolutely stunning, with its slopes winding through pine trees and chalets. In Le Châble, within a 500-metre radius, you will find all the necessary amenities and shops. Verbier is accessible by cable car but also via an 8-km road, and there are numerous shops, as well as many bars, restaurants and nightclubs, a museum, a swimming pool, a golf course (in summer), ski and paragliding schools, and more. The property: Villa Roduit is a 180 m² family home, renovated in 1968 and further improved in 2001; it will celebrate its 130th anniversary in 2026 and still features rooms with original wood panelling on the walls and ceilings. It is built over three floors and has a parking space and a 320 m² garden where parking is available. It can accommodate up to 16 people and is ideal for 3 to 4 families, offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Two cots and two high chairs are available if required. The property has electric heating. On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen equipped with 1 electric cooker, 1 dishwasher, 2 x 90 litres fridges, 1 x 10 litres deep-fat fryer, 1 microwave, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster, food processors, etc., plus 1 freezer, a tumble dryer in the ski room, and a washing machine. The living room houses the dining area and the lounge area. A TV receives channels from France, the UK, Germany and many other countries. Wi-Fi available. The ground floor also features a bathroom, 2 toilets and a ski and boot room, which is heated in winter and can be used as a bike storage room in summer. Garden furniture is available. The first floor, entirely panelled in wood, comprises two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds, two bedrooms with one 140 cm bed, and a shower room with a toilet. The second floor, located in the attic and also wood-panelled, consists of two older bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds, and a large bedroom with four 90 cm beds and a play area.
