The 2-room holiday apartment MURMELI (42 m2) is located in a detached single-family house. The house is situated in the Tujetsch district in a dreamlike location at the upper end of the village, 50 m below the Cuolm da Vi gondola station. The Valtgeva ski school is just a 5-minute walk from the house. The Murmeli apartment is on the ground floor. The house has a ski and bike room available for free use. You will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer there, which you can use for a fee. There is 1 parking space right next to the house for you. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Bedroom: 1 bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed 160X200. Dressers are available for your personal belongings. The beds are made upon arrival. Bathroom: 1 exclusive bathroom with a huge rain shower and a stone washbasin including a toilet. Towels are provided. Living room: A cozy leather sofa with two elements and an additional ottoman is available. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable bed with two pull-out beds including slatted frame. Smart TV with Wi-Fi access is available. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine (Nespresso) – please bring your own capsules, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, raclette and fondue dishes and many extras. Kitchen towels are provided. Dining table with 4 chairs. Please indicate if you need a high chair or a travel cot for your child. Note: The apartment has been completely newly built. It is equipped with exclusive real wood parquet flooring. The entrance area with the kitchen is tiled. The furniture, including kitchen furniture, was made by hand from reclaimed wood.
