Bedrooms: High-quality bed linen and finest down duvets are provided in all bedrooms and are charged separately. The large master bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and storage space in a wardrobe and dresser. A small desk with an office chair allows for home office work. The two children's bedrooms each have a bunk bed with two beds (90 x 200 cm), and each bedroom offers ample storage in wardrobes/drawers. The cozy carpet provides space for playing, and toys, books, and board games are available. In a "cave" under the roof slope above the living room (max. ceiling height approx. 160 cm), there are two mattresses suitable for sleeping for older children. The cave is accessible via a steep, unsecured ladder. The landlady accepts no liability for accidents related to the ladder/cave.
Living room: The ground-floor living room features a huge seating area in the bay window with a view of the garden, bird feeders, and the Brigels horns, a comfortable sofa, a luxurious recliner with footstool, and a Samsung screen (27'') with all common apps (no TV). In front of the window leading to the balcony is a large desk suitable for home office work or crafts. In the corner near the kitchen is a cozy corner bench with a dining table for 8–10 people. Toys, books, and board games are available. On the covered balcony with evening sun is another dining table for 8–10 people and a Weber gas grill. As a "special feature," romantic starry sky lighting can be turned on on the balcony. In the entrance area, there is a cloakroom with wall hooks, a clothes rail, and a shoe cabinet. A shoe and glove dryer installed in the cloakroom area ensures dry clothes and shoes.
Kitchen: The ground-floor kitchen is fully modern equipped with an induction hob (4 burners), GWM, combined oven/steamer, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), as well as a milk frother. The kitchen also features a small Bosch food processor (up to max. 750g flour) and various baking utensils. Romantic starry sky lighting can be turned on above the kitchen island. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.
Bathrooms: The two small bathrooms on the ground floor each have a bathtub and a shower, as well as a toilet and a washbasin with under-sink storage. A hairdryer is available. The pleasant underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in the bathroom. Towels are provided and included in the price.
Two apartments connected by a connecting door, with 10 beds and two additional mattresses, accommodating up to 12 people. 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 large living rooms with panoramic windows, 2 balconies, a total of 6.5 rooms and approx. 143 m². The apartments are spread over two floors and connected by an internal staircase (which can be locked). Both apartments also have their own/separate entrance from the staircase. Both apartments were newly built and furnished in 2024. From the large, south-facing balcony overlooking the garden, there is a wonderful view of the village and across to Obersaxen on the other side of the valley. Non-smoking property.
