Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed (1.8x2m, two separate mattresses). The mountain panorama can be admired from the bed. A large bedroom with two single beds 1.4x2.0m (in the annex). Bed linen is provided but not included in the price.

Living room:
The rustic living room is the heart of the apartment, featuring a 1957 tiled stove with seating, wooden paneling on the walls and ceiling. From the living room, you can access the south-facing balcony. One of the two sofas is a sofa bed.

Kitchen:
The kitchen includes a large dining table with a bench. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob, oven, Nespresso machine, fridge, and Tiba wood stove. For guests who enjoy cooking, there are plenty of cooking utensils (pots, pans, raclette and fondue sets, hand blender, etc.), as well as dishes, cutlery, spices, salt, and kitchen linens. The small unheated pantry is ideal for storing vegetables and fruit.

Bathroom:
The bathroom features a double sink, a bathtub, a toilet, and a spacious shower with glass sliding doors. Towels are provided.

The 3.5-room apartment is located in a three-family house in Cumbel, at the end of a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic and breathtaking views of the Val Lumnezia mountain panorama. The apartment includes a cellar compartment for storing firewood for the tiled stove. Next to it is a laundry room where skis or bicycles can be stored.

The free ski bus (winter) takes you directly to the Vella valley station. The chairlift then takes you to the Obersaxen Mundaun Lumnezia ski area. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The bus ride takes about 5 minutes.

In the summer, Lumnezia offers wonderful hiking and biking trails.

Parking is available in front of the house. Non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
