Thanks to its central location, shopping facilities, restaurants and the historic village centre of Ardez are all within easy reach. 

A special highlight is the magnificent view of the landmark of Ardez, which you can enjoy directly from the apartment.

Ardez is located in the heart of the Lower Engadin and captivates with its historic Engadin houses featuring artistic sgraffiti and a tranquillity that you can feel immediately. 

Numerous hiking trails through the impressive mountain landscape begin right outside your door, while in winter cross-country skiing trails, winter hiking paths and the nearby ski resorts of Ftan and Scuol beckon. 

Despite its idyllic location, Scuol, Guarda and the renowned Bogn Engiadina spa are easily accessible.
