Apartment:
55 m² large, open attic apartment with roof slopes (wooden beams). A dream for 2 people, but also possible for 4. High-quality furnishings and well-maintained. Spacious walk-in wardrobe with shelves and 2 hanging rods, plus some free space.

Bedroom:
Sleeping nook with 2 French beds (each 120 cm wide), the sleeping area can be closed off with curtains. Additionally, 2 rollable folding beds (with slatted frame) are available.

Living room:
Cozy dining area with a table for 4-5 people, bench and stools, sofa (convertible to a guest bed), 2 reading chairs, reading lamp, large wall shelf with TV, stereo system and reading material, wardrobe, 2 side tables, Wi-Fi available.

Kitchen:
Fully and richly equipped. Induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee capsule machine (Delizio, capsules available for self-service), toaster, cheese fondue set, raclette oven, Chinese fondue set, wine glasses, etc. Kitchen linen and dishwashing detergent are provided.

Bathroom:
Bathtub with shower, toilet, washbasin, mirrored cabinet, heated towel rail, hairdryer, bath towels, hand towels, soap and toilet paper are provided.

Other:
A separate external staircase leads to the covered entrance door. Cloakroom and large mirror. A storage room with shelves and plenty of free space. Cleaning materials are stored here.

Balcony:
Spacious balcony, partially covered, unobstructed south-facing view, free sight from east to west into the valley and the mountains, table with 2 chairs, sun blind.

Garden terrace:
Large terrace (approx. 60 m²) for shared use, south-facing, partially covered, stone table and chairs, two sun loungers, stone bench, charcoal grill with temperature display, sun blind and parasol.

Laundry room:
For shared use, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, steamer and small clothes rack are available.

The beautiful and comfortable holiday apartments are located in a unique dream spot in a chalet with two apartments. Both apartments are available for rent. The attic apartment is a very large (55 m²) 1.5-room apartment. Directly below is the 3.5-room apartment.

Both apartments have separate entrances (no stairwell). The house is detached and oriented to the south (unobstructed view). The location is very quiet and close to nature. The facilities invite you to relax and enjoy a cozy stay both inside the house and on the large balconies and the large garden terrace (with grill). The holiday apartments are ideal for guests who, in addition to the many possible activities, also enjoy living in a beautiful environment and spending time at the accommodation. The house is directly on a sunny panoramic path (summer and winter hiking trail), yet the village center with good shopping opportunities and restaurants is very close. The public bus stop and the ski bus station are also nearby.

Pets allowed only after prior arrangement, price CHF 20.00 per day. Included in the rental price is 1 parking space with charging station for electric cars available outdoors. Second parking space, also by arrangement, CHF 5.00 per day.
