Description

Experience precious moments at the BerglandHof Hotel Built in 2017, the BerglandHof Hotel has 4 double rooms, 8 suites, a large library with children's play corner, a multifunctional room and a spacious bike and ski room. All rooms have a balcony or terrace, bathroom with shower, TV, radio and internet connection via cable; the suites are equipped with a kitchen. The Saphir, Sardonyx, Hyazinth and Aquamarin suites have 2½ rooms, the Smaragd has 3½ rooms. The spacious 4½ room maisonette suite Chrysopras is located on the upper floor and has a kitchen / dining room. In the ErnerGarten restaurant you can taste the flavours of Goms. The regional, seasonal Alpine cuisine uses mainly organic or Demeter products, where possible from the neighbouring farm.
The BerglandHof Hotel is located on the edge of the municipality of Ernen in Goms, which has 540 inhabitants and lies on the left side of the Rhone Valley, nestled in the alpine mountains at 1,200 metres above sea level. Ernen was honoured with the Henry-Louis-Wakker Prize in 1979 in recognition of its particularly beautiful and well-preserved villagescape. The three villagescapes of national importance are outstanding. Mühlebach is home to the oldest wooden settlement in Switzerland. The church of St George, built between 1510 and 1518, is also worth seeing.
