Comfortable 4.5-room apartment in the "Chriesbaum" house. The apartment is located in a 6-family house on the 1st floor. Guests have access to a garage and a visitor parking space. After a ski day, a ski room is available. The ski lift, the Rufalipark and the ice rink are reachable within a few minutes. Shopping facilities, sports shop, ATM etc. are located in the village of Laax-Affeier (reachable on foot, approx. 15 minutes).

Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
