3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (two beds pushed together), one single bedroom and one room with a single bed, a bunk bed and a washbasin. Tenants must bring their own bed linen.

Living room:
Rustic living room with a fireplace, TV and radio. Wi-Fi available in winter only. No internet connection in summer.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with kettle and dishwasher. Tenants must bring their own tea towels.

Bathroom:
Basic bathroom with shower. Tenants must bring their own bathroom towels.

Situated right next to the Valata ski lift and the Obersaxen Mundaun mountain railways, this exceptional location is ideal for families with children.
There is no car park directly at the house. We recommend parking your car at the car park at the valley station in Valata and carrying your luggage to the house on foot (approx. 100m).
