3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (2 beds pushed together), one single room, and one room with a single bed, bunk bed, and sink. Guests must bring their own bed linen.

Living room:
Rustic living room with a fireplace, TV, and radio. Wi-Fi is only available in winter. No internet connection in summer.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, including a kettle and dishwasher. Guests must bring their own towels.

Bathroom:
Basic bathroom with a shower. Guests must bring their own bathroom towels.

Located directly at the Valata ski lift and the Obersaxen Mundaun mountain railways, this exceptional location is ideal for families with children.
There is no parking space directly at the house. It is recommended to park your car at the Valata valley station parking lot and carry your luggage to the house on foot (approx. 100m).
