Nestled between gentle hills and protective forests, Bürchen offers unforgettable views. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house (6 apartments) and is very sunny. Situated right at the edge of the forest, you can spend your holidays directly on the 220 km of marked hiking trails and irrigation channels (Suonen). Attractively designed educational trails lead you into the forest and, specifically for Bürchen, into the birch woods. Nature tours (July - August) and guided hikes (June - September) provide you with an in-depth insight into the unique flora and fauna around Bürchen. Want to get a bit more active? Then you can let off steam on the Trimm-Fit-Vita parcours, or on the 70 km of marked mountain bike trails between 1,200-2,000 m above sea level. MTB rentals are available at the tourist office. Outdoor swimming pools in Visp and thermal baths in Brigerbad and Leukerbad, a children's playground, mini-golf course, inline skating rink, boccia court and special children's entertainment (July-August) offer a varied program for young and old.
