Welcome to Strada Cuncalada. The holiday house features two separate apartments: an upstairs apartment for four people and a loft apartment in the attic for two people. Both apartments in the former farmhouse have been comfortably renovated, equipped with new kitchens and new bathrooms, and can also be rented together.

The carefully designed interiors with modern furniture and fittings made from old stable wood contribute to a harmonious and cozy atmosphere. Scuol and the Lower Engadin offer a wide range of sporting and cultural activities both in summer and winter.

Accommodation features
A bright 3 ½ room apartment with a living kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed (180 cm and 160 cm), a bathroom with shower and toilet.

·In addition: Tourist tax per guest and stay (CHF 4.-) including tourism card for free use of public transport in the Lower Engadin and limited use of mountain railways

·Final cleaning lump sum CHF 150.-

·Check-in: Saturday 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM

·Check-out: Saturday 11:00 AM
