Exceptionally beautiful, detached holiday apartment in a raised, quiet, and sunny location with a magnificent open view of the mountains and far into the Kandertal, over the Bernese Midlands to the Jura Mountains. All rooms completely newly furnished. Beds and bedding completely new. Ground floor: Large living/dining room with access to terrace, balcony, and small garden. Large, modern, bright kitchen with modern appliances, induction cooktop, oven with steam function, dishwasher, large spacious refrigerator, etc. Separate guest toilet on the ground floor. Upper floor: Large bedroom with double bed, spacious wardrobes. Bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet. Bedroom on the intermediate floor with sloping ceiling with 3 beds, ideally for children and teenagers. 1 outdoor parking space. A ground-level accessible, lockable unheated room can be used as a ski and bike storage. Non-smoking house, no pets. Loud, disruptive festivities in and around the house are not allowed. The piano in the living room may be used. Walking, hiking, and biking paths are accessible directly in front of the house. In winter, the Faltschen ski lift can be reached on foot in a few minutes (operating with sufficient snow). The ski and hiking area in Frutigen "Elsigen-Metsch" can be reached by car in about 35 minutes. There is public transport access from Reichenbach train station or from Frutigen train station.
