Loud, disruptive festivities in and around the house are not allowed. The piano in the living room may be used. Walking, hiking, and biking trails are directly accessible in front of the house. In winter, the Faltschen ski lift can be reached on foot in a few minutes (operational with sufficient snow). The ski and hiking area in Frutigen "Elsigen-Metsch" is reachable by car in about 35 minutes. There is public transport connection from Reichenbach train station or from Frutigen train station.
