Apartment house in a favoured south-facing location in Arosa, very sunny and extremely quiet, unspoilt, car access, car park. Ski access to the house. The free bus stop is nearby (1 minute).

Arrival
You can reach the house from the village entrance at the Avia petrol station by turning into Maranerstrasse - approx. 500m further on, house address "Bündahus".
