Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms, all with large comfortable double beds and spacious wardrobes. Bedding is provided. One bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which offers panoramic views.
Living room:
An open living space with a kitchen/dining area. The living room features a stove (firewood is provided), dining table, corner bench and chairs, a three-piece comfortable upholstered group, club table, flat-screen TV, and a rocking chair. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment (free of charge).
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a glass-ceramic cooktop with 4 burners and an oven, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), a raclette oven, and a fondue set. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.
Bathrooms:
1 bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub and a toilet/double sink. 1 bathroom on the upper floor with a shower and toilet/double sink. Infrared heating in the bathrooms ensures a cozy warmth. Bathroom linens are included in the price.
Other:
Access to a garden seating area with table and benches, panoramic views.
The 4-room holiday home (120m²) is located in a small Vals settlement 150m below the Valata chairlift, which leads directly to the ski area. After skiing, you can ski right up to the door. The practice lift and ski school are also at the Valata base station, as is access to the toboggan run.
The chalet offers a dreamlike view. You can enjoy the beautiful panorama in the garden or on the balcony. The private ski cellar is where you can store skis/bikes and where the washing machine/dryer is located.
Two parking spaces are available in the garage.
