Bedrooms:
Double bedroom: French double bed 160 x 200, two bedside tables, wardrobe, coat hooks. 2nd bedroom: Single bed and high-quality guest bed with slatted frame, wardrobe and coat hooks. On request, a children's travel cot is available.

Living room:
Living room with dining area. Dining table with stone top and 2 benches, 3 stools, 2 armchairs, a cozy sofa (extendable with slatted frame), a wood-burning stove, TV, stereo system / CD / DVD, Wi-Fi available.

Kitchen:
Fully and generously equipped. Induction cooktop, oven, steamer, dishwasher, refrigerator, separate 2nd refrigerator with freezer compartment in the basement, capsule coffee machine (Delizio, capsules available via self-service), raclette oven, fondue set, Chinoise fondue set, toaster, kitchen scale and immersion blender. Kitchen linen and dishwashing detergent are provided.

Bathroom:
Bathtub with shower attachment, toilet, washbasin and 2 large mirrored cabinets, hairdryer, bath towels, hand towels, soap and toilet paper are provided.

Other:
Corridor with spacious wardrobe, small cupboard.

Balcony:
Large balcony, 5x3 m, unobstructed south-facing slope, free view from east to west into the valley and the mountains, table with 4 comfortable chairs, 2 deck chairs, 2 awnings, partially covered.

Garden terrace:
Large terrace (approx. 60m2) for shared use, south-facing, partially covered, stone table and chairs, two sun loungers, stone bench, charcoal grill with temperature display, awning and sunshade.

Utility room:
For shared use, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack and small drying rack are available.

The beautiful and comfortable holiday apartments are located in a unique dream location in a chalet with two apartments. Both apartments are available for rent. The attic apartment is a very large (55m2) 1.5-room apartment. Directly below is the 3.5-room apartment.

Both apartments have separate entrances (no staircase). The house is detached and oriented to the south (unobstructed). The location is very quiet and close to nature. The facilities invite you to relax and enjoy a cozy stay both inside the house and on the large balconies and the large garden terrace (with grill). The holiday apartments are ideal for guests who, in addition to the many possible activities, also enjoy living in a beautiful environment and spending time at the accommodation. The house is directly on a sunny panoramic path (summer and winter hiking trail) and the village center with good shopping opportunities and restaurants is still very close. The public bus stop and the ski bus station are also nearby.

Pets are allowed only after prior arrangement, price CHF 20.00 per day. Included in the rental price is 1 parking space with charging station for electric cars outdoors. A second parking space is available on request for CHF 5.00 per day.
