Three bedrooms: two with a double bed each and one with a single bed and a bunk bed.

Living room:
The living room is equipped with two sofas and a TV.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge. The tenant must provide their own kitchen linen.

Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms (one with a washbasin, toilet and bath; the other with a washbasin and toilet). The tenant must provide their own bathroom linen.

A comfortable 4.5-room flat in the ‘Chriesbaum’ building. The holiday flat is situated on the first floor of a six-family house. Guests have access to a garage and a visitor’s car park. A ski storage room is available after a day’s skiing. The ski lift, Rufalipark and the ice rink are just a few minutes’ walk away. Shops, a sports shop, a cash machine etc. are located in the village of Affeier (within walking distance, approx. 15 minutes).

Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation.
