The flat offers a generous living/dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. It includes a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hub, oven, microwave, fondue set, hand mixer, kitchen scales, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a dish-washer, of course. A large dining table with a corner bench and a couple of chairs offers comfortable space for 6 people, at least. The seating area is completed by a sofa and two chairs. The flat is equipped with wif-fi and chromecast for video streaming. Alongside the livingroom-TV you find a stereo with DVD and surround sound. A wood-burning fireplace guarantees a cozy atmosphere and wood is provided for. All rooms come with electrical heaters (storage heater in the living room) Both living- and bathroom supply underfloor heating, as well. The master bedroom hosts a double bed and - on request - a crib (for a child up to 3 years). It also offers a TV/DVD/Sound bar set, a desk, cosmetic mirror and a cabinet. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a large wardrobe with playtime games. The fair-sized bathroom is equipped with a shower/ bathtub, WC, sink, hairdryer, a heated towel rail and floor-length mirror. Guest are asked to supply their own towels, or to rent these at a fee. A large garden surrounds the flat. A covered terrace with an outside seating area is adjacent to the living room. From here you can enjoy a stunning panorama view of the Rätikon mountains. Next to outside guest parking, a 3-car garage offers you a personal parking space.
