The 3-room holiday apartment STEINBOCK (78 m²) is located in a detached single-family house. The house is situated in the Tujetsch district in a dreamlike location at the upper end of the village, 50 m below the gondola station Cuolm da Vi. The Valtgeva ski school is just a 5-minute walk from the house. The Murmli apartment is located on the ground floor. The house features a ski and bike room available for free use. You will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which you may use for a fee. There is 1 parking space directly at the house. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited throughout the house. Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed 160X200. Wardrobes are available for your personal items. 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (a total of 4 beds 90x200). The beds are made upon arrival. Bathrooms: Upper floor: 1 exclusive bathroom accessible via the bedroom, featuring a large rain shower and a stone washbasin, including a toilet. This bathroom has no window. Ground floor: 1 large bathroom with a bathtub (including shower rod) and a stone washbasin with two windows. Towels are provided. Living room: A cozy leather sofa with 4 sections is available. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable bed with two pull-out beds, including a slatted frame. A Smart TV with Wi-Fi access is provided. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine (Nespresso). Please bring your own capsules. Other amenities include a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, raclette and fondue dishes, and many extras. Kitchen towels are provided. Dining table with a corner bench and 3 chairs. Please indicate if you require a high chair or a travel cot for your child. Furnishings: The apartment has been completely renovated and features exclusive solid wood parquet flooring. The entrance area is tiled. The lower bathroom is also tiled, while the upper bathroom has solid wood parquet flooring. The furniture, including kitchen furniture, has been handcrafted from reclaimed wood. For a cozy fondue or raclette evening, you will also find the necessary dishes in your holiday kitchen. I can already hear you laughing and chatting at the cozy wooden table, whether during meals or long evenings of games. Perhaps you would prefer to relax after dinner and snuggle up on the comfortable sofa (which can be extended with a slatted frame).
