The holiday apartment has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with French beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed. Bedding is provided but not included in the price.

Living room:
Cosy living room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

Kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine (Delizio capsules, a few provided and included in the price), oven and fondue set. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin. Guests must bring their own towels and hairdryer.

Other:
On request, a child seat, travel cot, sled, bob and child seat for the sled can be provided. Garden with lawn and garden furniture for shared use. The ceilings in the bedrooms and bathroom are slanted.

The very quietly located 6-person attic apartment is situated in Rumein in the Val Lumnezia. The holiday apartment is on the top floor, 2nd floor, no lift. Shopping facilities, post office, bank and mountain railways (also summer operation, in winter shuttle to the ski resort Obersaxen Mundaun Lumnezia) are located in the neighbouring village of Vella, about 2 minutes by car. The cross-country skiing trail in Degen is also just about 2 minutes by car. Good starting point for hiking.
An outdoor parking space is available and included in the price. Pets allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
