The very quiet 6-bed attic apartment is located in Rumein in the Val Lumnezia. The holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor attic, no lift. Shopping facilities, post office, bank and mountain railways (also summer operation, in winter feeder to the ski area Obersaxen Mundaun Lumnezia) are located in the neighbouring village Vella, approx. 2 minutes by car. The cross-country ski trail in Degen is also only about 2 minutes by car. Good starting point for hiking.
An outdoor parking space is available and included in the price. Pets allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
