Cozy apartment for relaxed holiday days This venerable Alpine chalet from 1937, located in an ideal spot with a great view, is just the place to snuggle up, especially when the days grow shorter, the trees change color, and winter slowly approaches. Nestled among fir trees, it looks perfectly rustic and cozy from the outside – with a stone facade, wooden cladding, and many balconies under the protective gabled roof. This inviting impression is confirmed beautifully on the inside. The abundance of wood, as well as original preserved elements such as doors, stair railings, wooden floors, cast-iron stoves, and washbasins in the hallways, create a warm, original coziness that you won’t find in any more recent buildings. And yet, the apartment on the first floor is surprisingly spacious and bright. Large windows let in plenty of light and, above all, offer a view of the majestic mountain landscape surrounding the sun terrace in Braunwald. A hallway leads to the bathroom, a separate toilet, the kitchen with its own balcony, as well as a bedroom and the living room. The kitchens and bathrooms have charmingly aged – with skill, existing features such as the solid wood doors and pass-throughs to the living room have been uniquely combined with new elements. Enjoy the view, peace, and nature – from both the bedroom and the living room Both the bedroom and the living room have a south-facing balcony. The louvered railings take up as little of the fantastic view as possible when you listen here – undisturbed by traffic noise – to the birdsong in the trees and the gentle splashing of the fountain in your own garden. If the weather doesn’t invite you to go outside, the bay window between the two balconies, which is surrounded by windows on all sides, offers a retreat with a connection to nature.
